On 25 May 2021, Emilia-Romagna Region organised a workshop public administration employees who design and implement online services for citizens and enterprises. The purpose of the event was to gather experiences and best practice around user-centricity of digital services.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the workshop was held online; it lasted about 90 minutes. Approximately 40 people attended it, representing more than 30 local administrations of the Emilia-Romagna region.
The discussion was divided in four different phases:
- design and development of the service;
- release (communication) of the service and onboarding of users;
- providing the service (and use of it);
- improvement of the service.
For each phase, the organising team investigated the 'as is' situation, then they asked how the current situation can be improved. All the results of the workshop can be found in the PDF document here.
