Service Design Toolkit

UserCentriCities will develop a web-based toolkit for supporting cities and regions with the adoption of a user-centric approach at different stages of design and delivery of public services for citizens and businesses. Its topics and content will be co-created by all project partners and associate partners through an iterative process for connecting them with learnings from workshops and other relevant activities.

The contents of the toolkit will mainly provide:

a) Valid methodologies for adopting a user-centric mind-set in the service design and delivery,

b) Methods that enable the continuous representation of citizens’ needs, practices and habits into the digital service design process,

c) Handbooks and tools for supporting the application of methods in particular cases of service design and delivery,

d) Checklists and other practical means that can support facilitators and service designers in applying the methods.

More information will follow.
