UserCentriCities Welcomes Three Metropolises and One University As Partners

Helsinki, Ljubljana, Madrid and the Center for C-Centricity of IE University (Spain) become the latest partners to join the 14-city UserCentriCities Network – a high-level collaboration to exchange experience, best-practice and cutting-edge insight into online government service delivery in the post-pandemic world.

Founded in 2020, the UserCentriCities network is rapidly expanding with the addition of more cities and regions, reinforcing the need for international cooperation between municipalities on designing and delivering “user-centric” digital services.

In 2022 the project will release the first version of the UserCentriCities Dashboard, an online tool that will measure the performance of European cities and regions against the local version of the Tallinn Declaration principles; the UserCentriCity Best Practice Repository, a database of best practices in user-centric services; will award the best performers with the Best User-Centric Service in Europe and much more. The best is yet to come.
